Chithra Karunakaran is a beamline scientist at the Canadian Light Source. With a family background in farming and an interest in plant-borne diseases from a young age, Chithra’s research interests include spectromicroscropy (SM) and Scanning transmission X-ray microscopy (STXM) of agricultural and food science systems.
