Dr. Emil Hallin Project Co-Lead, High-Throughput Data Acquisition for 3D Structural Imaging and Characterization of Plant Phenotypes

Emil Hallin joins GIFS as a former adjunct member of the physics and engineering physics department at the University of Saskatchewan and director of strategic scientific development at the Canadian Light Source. Emil is an expert in novel imaging techniques and leads P2IRC in the determination of which next-generation imaging technologies, when applied to whole-plant phenotyping, will contribute the most significant advances to high-throughput data acquisition.
